1. General Donation Refund Policy

KNSS India is committed to supporting meaningful community development through education, child development, women empowerment, youth development, healthcare, awareness, livelihood opportunities and community initiatives. All donations made to KNSS India are voluntary contributions intended to support its programmes and activities.

2. Circumstances Eligible For Refunds

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

Duplicate Transaction: If a donor has accidentally made more than one payment for the same donation.
Incorrect Amount: If an incorrect donation amount was entered or processed due to an error.
Unauthorised Transaction: If a payment was made without the donor’s consent, subject to transaction verification and review

3. How To Request Refund

To request a refund, the donor must send an email to: knssindia@gmail.com

The refund request should include:

Full Name
Contact Details
Transaction ID
Date of Donation
Amount Donated
Reason for the Refund Request

Providing complete and accurate transaction information will help KNSS India review the request efficiently.

4. Refund Approval And Processing

All refund requests will be reviewed individually.

If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.

The approved refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used while making the donation.

5. Applicable Payment Gateway Charges

Any applicable payment gateway charges, transaction fees or processing charges may be deducted from the refundable amount wherever applicable.

KNSS India will not be responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, payment gateways or other financial providers.

6. Updates To Refund Policy

KNSS India reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy when required. Any changes will become effective once the revised policy is published on the website.
