Our mission is to change lives and strengthen communities by training and empowering youth to become responsible, skilled, and service-oriented citizens. Through Community Intervention Training Programs, we strengthen their social, educational, physical, spiritual, moral, and economic capacities. We equip young people with practical skills, leadership values, and a spirit of sacrificial service.

We inspire them to identify community needs and respond with compassion and responsibility. Our focus is to uplift the poor, marginalized, disadvantaged, and vulnerable sections of society. Through youth empowerment and community intervention, we strive to build stronger, self-reliant, and sustainable communities.

From community needs to connected programme pathways.

Kalipather Navajeevan Seva Samity was established in 2004 and formally registered in 2005. It was founded by a group of eleven committed Christian believers. Challenged by his own struggles and childhood experiences, Mr. Thakur resolved to turn pain into purpose and immediately set about forming an organization that serves the most vulnerable, especially children who are unable to fulfil their aspirations or dreams.
From the start, our mission has been clear and ambitious: to support at least 1,000 children—whom we consider our future jewels and treasures—alongside 5,000 women, who are the backbone of every community, and elderly citizens, who are our pride. Over the years, some founding members departed for personal reasons, yet eight of us continue to walk this path together, driven by the conviction that compassion should overcome indifference.
A major challenge we face is changing the mindset that poverty and vulnerability are the result of fate or past deeds. Many in our society, therefore, hesitate to help those in need. As followers of Christ and His command to “love your neighbor as yourself,” we strive to change that outlook through practical action. We train youth and community members to respond with empathy and solidarity by investing their time, talents, and resources what we call Time, Talent, and Treasure.
We believe that collective, compassionate action is the key to national progress. By cultivating sensitivity and a spirit of service in individuals and communities, Kalipather Navajeevan Seva Samity contributes to building a stronger, more developed India.
