1. General Donation Cancellation Policy

KNSS India receives voluntary contributions to support its education, child development, women empowerment, youth development, healthcare, awareness, livelihood and community initiatives. Donors are encouraged to review the contribution amount and payment details carefully before completing a transaction.

2. Cancellation After Payment Completion

Once a donation has been successfully processed through the website or payment gateway, it cannot be cancelled directly through the website. Where a donor has made a duplicate payment, entered an incorrect amount or identifies an unauthorised transaction, the matter may be submitted to KNSS India for review under the applicable Refund Policy.

3. Requesting Transaction Related Assistance

For assistance concerning an incorrect, duplicate or unauthorised donation, donors may contact KNSS India at knssindia@gmail.com with their full name, contact details, transaction ID, date of donation, amount donated and reason for the request. Providing complete transaction information will help the team review the matter appropriately.

4. Review Of Cancellation Requests

Any request relating to a completed transaction will be reviewed individually based on the transaction information provided. Where a refund is considered applicable after review, it will be handled according to the Refund Policy available on the KNSS India website.

5. Changes To Cancellation Policy

KNSS India may update or modify this Cancellation Policy when required. Any revised version will become effective once it is published on the official website. Visitors and donors are encouraged to review the latest policy before completing a contribution.
